My entire legal career has been centered around one thing: defending the accused. I have been representing the defense since I was first licensed to practice law. Starting out, I worked for the Monroe County Public Defender's Office in Rochester, New York. There, I developed my skills and my passion for defending the accused against the immense resources of the police and prosecutors. I represented hundreds of clients and tried dozens of cases with successful outcomes, from traffic infractions to felonies.
My career next led me to Denver, Colorado, where I worked at a small criminal defense firm. It was there that I was able to focus on the importance of client service. I know that absolutely no one enjoys needing to hire a lawyer. The process of finding and hiring a trustworthy attorney can be full of stress and anxiety. I consider it a privilege to work hard for my clients to earn their trust.
